We have our (estimated) Travel Dates!!!
May 10, 2009 - Mothers Day and departure date to China
May 11-15 - Mini vacation & time zone adjustment
May 16 - Meet translator & other familes from our agency in Shanghai
May 17 - Fly with translator to city where we'll meet Maya (city tbd)
May 18 - Victoria Day & Family Day!!!
May 19 - Baby Maya's 1st birthday and day that we complete our adoption documents
May 22 - Receive Maya's Chinese passport & verified adoption certificate
May 23 - fly to Beijing & rejoin other families from our agency
May 25 - Medical Exam & Application to Immigrate to Canada
May 28 - Receive final documents for immigration
May 28/29 - Return to Vancouver
I'm on a plane for Mothers Day and get to be with Maya for her 1st birthday. Perfect!
